Tips:
TRACTION (EOS – Entrepreneurial Operating
System)
Our
management is implementing a new system called “Traction”. It will provide
direction over the next year through a wonderful system. We look forward to sharing
it with you here. We hope you will take the journey with us.
~Traction~
The vision is clear, the right people are in the right
seats, data is managed, you’re solving issues, you have defined your way of
doing business and everyone is following it. Creating accountability,
discipline and execution is where most weakness reveals itself. Traction is the
ability to take a visionaries head out of the clouds and place it into clear
action.
Many are held back for the fear of creating discomfort,
but with each hard step towards systematic success, things become straightforward
even with contingencies and the tremendous peace of traction. From no
accountability, poor communication, stagnation, chaos you will find just the opposite
with traction. Accountability, communication, and organization through a 90-day
world from level 10 meetings, to quarterly conversations, to the 1 year goals.
We find ourselves on our way to the 3 year and beyond vision.

Therefore, I
urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your
bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true
and proper worship. - Romans 12:1
·
Therefore I do not run like someone running aimlessly; I do
not fight like a boxer beating the air. No, I strike a
blow to my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to
others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize.– 1 Corinthians 9:26-27
·
Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy
Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you
were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.– 1

Carrying Conversations
Let’s just face it:
Nobody likes a person who’s hard to converse with.
In fact, there’s nothing worse than talking to a
person who doesn’t know how to carry a healthy discussion. People who know how
to start a conversation and carry it are loved by everyone for the sole
reason that they’re easy to spend time with. https://www.lifehack.org/articles/communication/how-to-initiate-conversation.html
No matter the
situation, such smooth talkers never make others feel uncomfortable and can
even say the cheekiest of things in the smoothest of manners. This art is vital
in winning arguments, negotiations, and conversations. If you want to improve
this skill, then check out these conversation hacks to get along with
anyone in any sort of discourse. https://www.lifehack.org/articles/communication/8-conversation-hacks-that-make-people-like-you.html
Notable quotes: They are
italicized above.
God, how are you so good
We
humans create religion to shield us from the reality of God and His goodness,
because we are more comfortable with control than surrender and real
relationship with the Divine. The Human paradigm asks the question of “how am I
doing”. The goal is to get close to Jesus by doing the things you are supposed
to do, work hard enough, try hard enough, and you can make it happen. The problem
is that we never arrive, its self focused, spiritual practices are ruined, and
its not Jesus’ story.
Jesus’
paradigm says that you don’t have to get close to God because, in Jesus, you’re
already close to God. You are adopted into the family. Safe, secure, accepted
and from that place you can work out your wholeness and healing. You don’t come
to God by your strengths or successes, you come by your failures and your
weakness.
Full
disclosure and discipleship ask 2 questions. “God, how can You be so good?” and
“How are you doing loving others?” It begins with grace in us and is completed
in grace through us. The entire discipleship journey is learning to live and
love like Jesus.
