Business Tips:
·
Challenge yourself – Richard Branson’s biggest motivation is to keep challenging himself,
treat life like one long university education to learn more everyday
·
Face your fears
– it’s not easy, but must be done. Fearlessness is like a muscle, the more you
exercise it, the stronger it becomes
Personal Tips:
·
Build self-confidence- Dress sharp, walk faster, good posture, create a personal commercial,
have gratitude, compliment other people, sit in the front row, speak up, work
out, focus on contribution
·
Follow through -
If you say you are going to do
something, do it. If you don’t have the time, then don’t commit to something
you can’t deliver on.
Life Skills:
Faith, Family, Fitness,
Finances, Friends, Fun, Following, Freedom; we call these the 8F’s in life.
Many of these categories can tell one where their priorities are in life by
measuring the time one would spend in one of the above categories.
Following
Following is a subject for everyone. In some
way, somewhere, and in time you will have a following. It could be a pet, a
child, people at work, or even a large group of folks in your care. We should
always question how we answer right from wrong. What is our source for a
character based answer? What message are we communicating with our lived lives?
With what we do today, how will it impact others if they follow in our steps?
Will our lives be a positive light leaving a noticeable service to the world or
just another light fading into the darkness? Make your life worthy of
following. It’s worth it and gives us a purpose that many lack. A foundation in
this thought can carry us through the hardest of times.

Something I want you to know:
Commitment and loyalty are
earned rights for those that you give it to. When you dedicate either of these
to us, we not only appreciate it, but hopefully show it in your benefits and
our communication. If for any reason we don’t, we want to know about it. We are
humbled by your service and continue to take pride in everyone with us. You
make Tru-Bilt what it is today.
