Business Tips : ·          Learn from complaints   - your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning, let them teach you where your holes are ·          Deliver more than expected – it’s a great way to build loyalty and trust in you and your brand at all levels in the company     Personal Tips: ·         Foster a community atmosphere   – I teach a few classes, build a customer’s building, and I make it a point to introduce myself if it’s their first time with a building.
